Oracle's Scarf and Melodic Hat headgears
The Oracle's Scarf (Gypsy) and Melodic Hat (Bard) headgears had their effects on Slinging Arrow and Melody Strike readjusted:
- Skill damage bonus reduced from +75% to +50%.
- Area damage (splash) reduced from 100% to 50% of the skill's damage. The splash chance, based on base INT, remains unchanged.
Hidden bonus during dances and songs removed
Slinging Arrow and Melody Strike no longer receive the hidden +100% damage bonus they got while a dance or song was active. The skills remain available as usual during performances.
Overall, the adjustments keep Bards and Gypsies relevant in combat without the disproportionate damage spike these skills had been showing.
